Man City verbally agree £60m Sanchez deal but Arsenal want replacement first

Manchester City have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Arsenal over a £60m transfer for Alexis Sanchez, but the Gunners want a replacement for the Chilean first before they finalise the deal.

Julian Draxler is among the targets for Arsenal to replace Sanchez, but Goal understands that the move will not happen, and that Lemar is the club’s first-choice target at this late stage of the window.

Arsenal had been keen to include Raheem Sterling in the deal but City made it clear from the outset that would not be an option.
